New Chips
Glenn Foods, Freeport, NY, has introduced Glenny’s snack line. The new snack line includes Veggie Chips, Potato Crisps and Potato Chips, all of which are designed to provide less fat and calories and more protein. The chips are cooked in a hot air convection grill, which produces a lighter, crispier chip without the fat and calories usually found in fried chips.
